Two years ago, we made a strategic decision to discontinue remote support and focus entirely on email support. Our goal was simple: make ROBOTILL so intuitive and well-documented that remote support wouldn’t be necessary.

Since then, we’ve:

  • Released major usability improvements
  • Expanded our online help system
  • Uploaded step-by-step training videos

These resources now cover nearly every common issue, and most users resolve problems quickly without needing live assistance.

However, we’ve listened to feedback and understand that some users still prefer the reassurance of expert intervention. That’s why we’ve decided to reintroduce remote support, available directly from ROBOTILL.

  • We’ll still display a list of resellers who offer remote and on-site support.
