Not commonly download message

  The Microsoft SmartScreen system is currently incorrectly flagging the ROBOTILL install file as 'not commonly downloaded'. We have reported this issue to Microsoft and it should be resolved in the next couple of days.  ROBOTILL is a well known and commonly downloaded application. The install ROBOTILL install fille and applications are all signed with a digital certificate issued by a Certificate Authority (CA) that has validated ROBOTILL (the company). The certificate protects the user and ensures the software was not tampered with by an outside source. If you get the message, please follow these instructions Normally you can download ROBOTILL from any browser, but if you get the warning message, we recommend you use Microsoft Edge to download ROBOTILL. Move your mouse over the message and click on the  3 dots next to the message  (not the 3 dots next to Downloads). Click on 'Keep'. Click on the down arrow next to 'Show More'. ROBOTILL Version 9.20 Released

  Version 9.20 of the ROBOTILL Point of Sale system has been released and is available for download . The following is new: A Provisional GRV (Goods Received Voucher) has now been added. You can now print this GRV before you have completed the stock receive batch in order to check if it corresponds with your invoice before  marking the batch as completed and committing the stock to inventory. Once the batch has been completed, you can print the final GRV. You can now export the supplier list from the supplier screen. More filter options has also been added to the supplier screen. A security bug that sometimes allowed you to remove an ordered item without the correct security settings has been fixed. Other quality fixes and enhancements has also been done.

Version 9.19 released with detailed stock tracking

  Stock levels not making any sense? ROBOTILL version 9.19 has just been released with detailed stock level tracing. You will be able to run a trace on a product to see exactly how the product came to have a specific stock count. The new Stock Level Trace replaced the previous stock trace report.  Other enhancements in version 9.19 include: You can now specify the order booking resources are listed.  The report export functionality has been improved so that more complex reports will be exported in the different logical sections.  Remember to upgrade to the latest version of ROBOTILL is free. New Version (9.18) - Compulsory Upgrade

  Upgrading to the latest version of ROBOTILL is always a great idea, as each new release brings not only exciting new features but also important quality improvements and bug fixes. Typically, we don't mandate upgrades. However, due to the recent enhancement of our licensing system, we can only register computers running version 9.18 or later. Licences on computers with earlier versions will continue to work, but if you need to renew, re-register after a database restore, or move a licence to another computer, then you will first need to upgrade to the latest version .  Important - Please take note of the following: In previous versions, stock were committed to inventory as you are busy receiving it. ROBOTILL Integrated with Vexen Card Machines

  ROBOTILL Point of Sale system integrated with Vexen Card machines. It is possible to use any card machine with ROBOTILL, but then the cashier needs to manually enter the amount and confirm the payment. When you use vexen machines, the process is automated. That means it is faster and user error is eliminated.  The new Vexen machines are very easy to use and install. Major upgrade to reseller program

We have released a new version of ROBOTILL and JARVIS to help our resellers. Business Names The registration information will now include a business name. The business name must be unique per site (shop or restaurant) but not per PC.  You will be able to search using the business name. It will also help ROBOTILL Support when you are replacing or moving computers. It will also help you organize and plan better as you will be able to clearly see what licences expires from your licence statement that will now include the business names.
